Panagiotis Kostis
Mental Health Supervisor
Panagiotis Kostis is a member of the Child Protection Unit, tasked with the coordination of mental health care for the organization since 2023. He is a psychologist with an MSc in Developmental Psychology and a psychotherapist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Systemic Therapy.
He has been working with unaccompanied minors since 2016, in shelters for UAMs on the island of Kos and later on in Athens. He has been working with The HOME Project since October 2018, initially as a psychologist and a coordinator in one of our shelters. He firmly believes in the need for community building within shelters as a means for collective and individual growth.
