Prior to joining The HOME Project, she built her career in the hospitality industry, where she gained significant expertise in managing human resources and payroll. Since 2018, Klarita has successfully overseen HR processes for over 1,000 employees across multiple units, ensuring seamless team collaboration and efficient operations.
Klarita holds a degree in Accounting and Finance, along with a diploma in Human Resource Management. She is highly skilled in talent acquisition, organizational development, and the implementation of HR policies, with extensive experience in training and leading HR teams.
